Almost always in my life, the right message is sent at the right moment. Today that came in the form of a blog I follow The Search for Enlightenment and a short but brilliant post on breathing, Remember to breathe.
I have been struggling with a personal situation, which I am not ready to write about yet but with the support of my loving partner, Ignasi and a couple of trusted friends, I am somewhat coping.
The poem in the post helped me to see that although this moments were hard they aren’t going to kill me and that I am going to be OK. I hope the poem may help you with any situation you are currently facing or will face in the future!
If you feel overwhelmed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions.
If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, breathe. It will bring you back to the present.
If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more.
Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life. They’re too fleeting and few to waste.

Take a moment to breathe deeply today!
