I completely love this post. While not planning to climb Denali – YET – this is a brilliant way to keep fit. I am working on my fitness plan for the next 38 days till I climb Mt Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. During that 38 days I will be travelling for a period, so being able to do the push-up/squat challenge whenever I am will be very beneficial.
