12WBT…Week 12…I did it!…

This week I am looking forward to exercising hard as something looms overhead like a spotlight.  In seven days I will be pulling the camera out and taking a photo of my body and seeing the end result of living a much healthier and active life.  Whilst I didn’t train every day and failed at sticking to the nutrition plan I am very happy with the way by body is changing and feeling.

I am certainly not where I want to be with parts of my body.  There is still muscle definition that I want to increase but I know that I have a massive bank of tools and more focus than I have had in years.

Day Exercise
Sunday 100 Kettlebell swings

100 Air squats

20 min Xtrainer

Monday Zumba Sculpt & Tone DVD
Tuesday 5km Run
Wednesday Zumba Sculpt & Tone DVD
Thursday Pilates Perfect Body DVD
Friday Zumba Live & Flat Abs DVD
Saturday Rest Day

After my achievement of under an hour for my 10km run this week I am treating myself with a largely Zumba week.  Dancing makes me smile and despite laughing at my own un-coordination I still work up a sweat and it doesn’t feel like exercising while still getting a workout.

I hope over the course of my 12WBT that I have inspired even just one of you to get up off the couch and go for a walk or purchase the Zumba DVD’s to shimmy around your lounge room.

Keep smiling, keep training and get ready for my photo next weekend. Yikes!!
